Classes include small group activities, so that you practice listening, turn taking and working as a team, even if you have communication difficulties.

Our classes use scarves, foil blankets, cardboard boxes and more, alongside creative movement and our imaginations to explore weekly themes. You will develop problem solving skills while enjoying expressing yourself in a new way.

You will turn, clap and travel your way through classes. Learning new movement. You will develop body awareness, mobility and  co-ordination, while having tons of fun!
