Dance classes for adults (14-25yrs) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) or additional needs.

Classes include small group activities, so that you practice listening, turn taking and working as a team, even if you have communication difficulties.

You will turn, clap and travel your way through classes. Learning new movement. You will develop body awareness, mobility and  co-ordination, while having tons of fun!
